shell basics

I've always been happy with the command line and working in text only environments, but I'd love to know more about getting the most out of my bash shell. I know its a return to basics, but getting around your linux system with grep and find and cat and pipes and redirection is invaluable to all users; even if it is just a refresher for the gurus out there.
