Wireless dup! replies
I've been trying hard to get onto the tsv wireless here to do a bit of small internet sharing over a vpn. All is well and good, nice stable links on both ends and can ping fine......
until...
As soon as I set up shorewall on my debian box to allow ANY traffic from the wireless network I get billions of dup! replies from the other box. This is destroying any possibility of getting the VPN going and I don't know what is causing it. I've tried changing MTU's, linux flavours, new cabling, different ap's... The only thing I can think of thats left is that both ends are running netgear wge101 bridges. The only other possibility is that there is some kind of fault in iptables which I SERIOUSLY doubt as google does not come up with much.
Any help appreciated
